H-WM strives to create new avenues to maximize economic opportunities for minority, women-owned, and veteran-owned small businesses.
 

Our emphasis is on building B2B relationships, cultivating those relationships and growing them into valued networks. We know from experience that passionate professionals with knowledge, experience, and a genuine commitment, truly can make a positive impact.

Federal programs were established to remedy ongoing discrimination and the continuing effects of past discrimination in the award and administration of federally-assisted contracts. State and local government programs were established to promote equal business opportunities for minority, women-owned, and small businesses. Our vision is realized on a daily basis by our commitment to these very ideals.
